Great idea! Valve damage doesn't happen as often off-road as tire damage, but when it does happen, I don't want to be without the Colbys!
If the valve hole in the rim is easily accessible, then I recommend this very short Ultimate version, my personal favorite. I always keep a pack and an 11 key in the glove compartment.
