Shipment

The shipping costs are either weight-dependent or a fixed price for bulky goods. The total shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before ordering.

On the first working day after receipt of payment, our stock goods will be shipped by our logistics service provider MVGmbH, Aachen via DHL. Only Veriga snow chains come directly from our wholesaler Twistim, NL via DPD, also on the first working day after receipt of payment.

You can only order from us what is actually in stock in Aachen from our logistics service provider MVG mbH or from our wholesaler Twistim, NL.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the speed of DHL or DPD. Within D, delivery usually takes place within two working days. Bulky items may take a little longer.
