My opinion

Even today you can still winch with thick, robust leather gloves, it doesn't necessarily have to have Kevlar in them and say off-road. ;) However, if you decide on more modern gloves, then in my opinion the Warn and Bushranger gloves are better than the ones from ARB with rubber padding because of the Kevlar inserts.
