If there are no suitable mounting points on the vehicle for the Hi-Lift, the rim adapter is great except for changing tires. However, since I would always secure the vehicle when using the Hi-Lift (e.g. with jack stands, there are also foldable ones for on the go), changing the tires is also possible.
Alternatively, there is also an adapter for steel bumpers.
Unfortunately recently a price increase of around 15% at Hi-Lift :/
